If you are purchasing any items on our site, you, the buyer are entering into a contract with us and are deemed to acknowledge and have accepted the terms and conditions listed below for the provision of products. We accept the payment via PayPal or direct bank deposit. The online transaction is 100% secure and we do not receive or retain your credit card account information and the payment is processed within a Paypal certified page.

So far online shopping is only available to customers within Australia.
We welcome product enquiries from overseas, please contact us via email on email@example.com and we will follow up and advise whether Bontech is able to supply the product to you.
For your convenience and purchasing habit, we also welcome you to visit our showroom located in Townsville, and allow the convenience to pay on site by any bank cards or credit cards and pick up.
All orders will be dispatched from our Townsville Branch in North Queensland. We dispatch orders within 24 hours after the payment was clear. All goods will be shipped to your registered address unless specified (No PO Box).

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase within 30 days, you need to return the product as original conditions and shipping fee is to be paid by you. Bontech does not accept change-of-mind refund for products which has been used under unsaleable conditions with free from manufacturing defects or faults.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you are unfortunately receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will organize replacement or refund upon requests and the shipping cost will be paid by Bontech
Will not be held responsible or accept any such responsibility in relation to electrical installation or modification of any or any of its products or associated fittings purchased either through bontech.net.au or any associated sale outlet.
All electrical installations and modifications including any Motor, Controller, or AGMON installation, MUST be conducted by a qualified electrician - The installation method must match with Australian standards and lies solely the responsibility of the licensed professionals installing the equipment. Incorrect installation and/or modification of any Bontech supplied product can cause incorrect operation as well as serious harm possibly resulting in death to the person conducting the installation or modification. Incorrect electrical installation can cause electrical shorting and fire resulting in loss of property and/or life.
Please make sure ALL electrical work is conducted by a qualified/certified/licensed electrician who adheres to and accepts all responsibility for Australian Standards in electrical installations.
Bontech is not liable based on any information added to bontech.net.au by people not employed by Bontech.
All AGMONs have a 1 year warranty, if properly operated by buyers
Heritage Tanks come with a 20-year conditional warranty on all domestic water tanks,
Customers can return faulty goods to us so long as you are able to provide a receipt as proof of purchase or funds transfer documentation with Bontech, within the warranty period for repair or replacement. The warranty claimer must return the faulty items directly to Bontech and is solely responsible for all postage costs associated with the warranty claim.
The warranty doesn’t cover:
1) Produts that have been abused, improperly used or disassembled.
2) any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure of produts
3) actual working temperature exceeding manufactures recommended working temperatures.
